¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The present transfer application has been filed by the applicant seeking transfer of Case No.417 of 2022 (Lubhanshu Bartariya v. Smt. Nishtha Saxena), under Section 13A of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending before the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Moradabad to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bareilly.

¶3Sri Shiv Om Vikram Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection if the case is transferred to Bareilly.

¶4In view of the consent given by learned counsel for the respondent, the Case No.417 of 2022 (Lubhanshu Bartariya v. Smt. Nishtha Saxena), under Section 13A of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending before the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Moradabad is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bareilly.

¶5The Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Moradabad is directed to remit the records of Case No.417 of 2022 (Lubhanshu Bartariya v. Smt. Nishtha Saxena) to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bareilly for disposal of the same.
