This writ petition under Article 226 has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to provide protection to the petitioners and further not to take any coercive action against the petitioners except in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that against the petitioners F.I.R has been lodged in this case and the present writ petition has become infructuous.
