¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The present transfer application has been filed by the applicant seeking transfer of Case No.137 of 2020 (Rinku Paswan v. Kanchan Paswan), under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Chandauli.

¶3Sri Nand Lal Singh, learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection if the case is transferred to Chandauli.

¶4In view of the consent given by learned counsel for the respondent, the Case No.137 of 2020 (Rinku Paswan v. Kanchan Paswan), under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Chandauli.

¶5The Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur is directed to remit the records of Case No.137 of 2020 (Rinku Paswan v. Kanchan Paswan), under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Chandauli for disposal of the same.
