¶1Heard Shri Prabhat Chandra Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Diwanshu Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Surendra Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 02.04.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0199 of 2023, under Sections 366 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Kannauj, District Kannauj.

¶3This is the second petition for the same relief, the earlier Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 5865 of 2023(Noor Alm Khan @ Nool Alam and 3 Others vs. State of U.P. and 3 Others) was dismissed on merits vide order dated 30.05.2023.
