¶2Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Dhruv Kumar, learned counsel for the informant and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.09.2023 in Case Crime No. 0473 of 2023, under Sections 323 & 504 IPC, Police Station Didauli, District Amroha.

¶4Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 433 of 2023 has been filed on 03.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
