¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Shri H.N. Singh, learned counsel for Gaon Sabha.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioners are praying that their representation dated 21.09.2023 (appended as Annexure No.7 to the writ petition) be considered and decided by the third respondent i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tirwa, Kannauj expeditiously.

¶3Be that as it may, without adverting on the merits of the case, with the consent of parties, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tirwa, Kannauj -third respondent to consider the application of petitioners and pass appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law, within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
