¶1Heard Shri Amresh Singh, holding brief of Shri Arvind Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated

08.02.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0015 of 2023, under Section 8, 20 and 60 of N.D.P.S. ACt, P.S. Naugarh, District Chandauli, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition has become infructuous.
