¶1Heard Shri Rituvendra Singh Nagvanshi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Surya Bhan Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2By mean of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the objection dated 05.08.2023 filed by the petitioner in Ceiling Case No. 01/01/45/03 (State v. Balbhadra Pratap Narain Singh), Case No. 11/34 (State v. Anirudh Pratap Narain Singh) and Case No. 10/32 (State v. Basudev Pratap Narain Singh), under Section 11 (2) of the U.P. Imposition of Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1960 and further direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from land in dispute until disposal of the objections filed by the petitioners under Section 11(2) of the Ceiling Act, 1960 which is pending before the respondent no. 2

¶3Shri Surya Bhan Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State submits that he has no objection, in case, objection dated

05.08.2023 is decided.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances, I direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the objection dated 05.08.2023 within a period of three months from today.
