Court No. - 45 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 16202 of 2023 Petitioner :- Mumtaz Khan And 7 Others Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sushma Yadav,Hirdesh Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Vivek Kumar Birla,J. Hon'ble Vinod Diwakar,J.

¶1Heard Shri Hirdesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Surendra Singh, learned A.G.A for the State respondents.

¶2The relief sought in this petition is to direct the respondent no. 3 not to harass the petitioners and not interfere in the peaceful life of the petitioners.

¶3The submission is that name of son of petitioner no. 1 has been surfaced during investigation and NBW has been issued against son of petitioner no. 1 and for this reason they are being harassed.

¶4We find that present petition is absolutely vague, we are not inclined to interfere as minor girl is still missing and FIR was lodged under Section 363 IPC.

¶5We do not find any good ground to grant such relief as prayed for.

¶6The petition is accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 13.10.2023 Ujjawal High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
