13.01.2023 for grant of fire arm licence within specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for grant of Arm License is pending since 13.01.2023 and same may be decided by respondent authority within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to aforesaid submission. Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent-2 to decide application dated 13.01.2023 filed by the petitioner for grant of fire arm licence, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the concerned authority, in accordance with law, provided there is no other legal impediment.
