¶1The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on

11.8.2022 after noticing the fact that the victim is 14 year old girl and the F.I.R. was lodged on the very next day. The victim has also supported allegation of rape in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and also during her deposition before the court below.

¶2In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to consider the prayer of the applicant for grant of bail in the instant second bail application.

¶3The bail application is rejected.

¶4In the facts of this case, as the statement of the victim and informant has already been recorded, it is directed that the court concerned shall make all endeavours to conclude the trial expeditiously by fixing weekly dates, without granting any unnecessary adjournments, within a period of six months.
