¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that a writ of mandamus be issued to respondent No.2 - Tehsildar Machhalishahar, to mutate the name of the petitioners in the revenue record. Further payer is made for a direction of mandamus commanding the respondents to maintain status quo till the pendency of suit for cancellation of the sale deed being Suit No.297 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.UPTP05000539 of 2023 Udhaybhan and others vs. Suresh Bahadur Singh and others).

¶3The prayers made in the writ petition, is misconceived and is rejected.
