¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2In fact, this writ petition has been filed for compliance of injunction order granted by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jaunpur though the prayer made is that the representation given by the petitioner in pursuance of the order passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division) dated 3.5.2005 (wrongly mentioned as 3.5.2015 in the writ petition) be decided is nothing but to get the orders passed by the Civil Court be executed by Writ Court in exercise of powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

¶3No such relief, as claimed by the petitioner, can be granted.
