¶1By order dated 25.9.2023, instructions were called from the learned Standing Counsel.

¶2Today instructions have been produced. The same are taken on record.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that a suitable direction has been issued to the concerned S.H.O. not to interfere with the construction of the house of petitioner.

¶3In view of the same, I trust and hope that the orders passed by the concerned S.D.M. will be complied with by the concerned S.H.O., therefore, no need to pass further orders in the writ petition.

¶4In case, the concerned S.H.O. still interferes with the construction of petitioner, petitioner is at liberty to approach the Superintendent of Police, Bhadohi in this regard, who may pass suitable order, in accordance with law.
