Board while declaring the opposite party no. 2 as juvenile against which appeal is provide under Section 101 of Juvenile Justice Care and Protection of Children Act, 2015 but this criminal revision has been filed, therefore, he does not want to press this criminal revision and it may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal before the learned court of Session against the order in question. Accordingly, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Office is directed to return the certified copy and other relevant documents to the learned counsel for the revisionist after obtaining the photostat copy, which shall be kept on record.
