¶1Heard Sri R.K. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report dated 28.1.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 18 of 2023, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120-B IPC, Police Station Kidwai Nagar, District South (Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar).

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy as may be available to them in accordance with law.
