¶1Heard Sri K.K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report dated 25.7.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 354 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 354-Ka IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Didauli, District Amroha.

¶3Vide order dated 18.8.2023 matter was referred to the mediation centre of this Court.

¶4However, Sri K.K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has already been compromised at the district level, therefore, no further proceedings were undertaken before the mediation centre of this Court. He next submits that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
