¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Revision No. 39/58 of 2022-23 (Sunil Kumar Singh vs. Gram Sabha), filed by contesting-respondent under Section 48(3) of U.P. U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, on merit including objections, if any, filed on the issue of maintainability also, pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur is considered and allowed and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from today, including issue of maintainability, if there is no legal impediment.
