¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioners who have worked as Stenographer with the respondent-District Judgeship, Moradabad has finally attained the age of superannuation on 31.07.2021 and

31.05.2021 and have question the order dated 27.07.2023 by which their post retirement dues like gratuity, leave encashment and pension etc. have been reduced.

¶3Learned counsel for the respondents has drawn the attention of the Court towards the order dated 30.11.2021 passed by the Supreme Court in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.4947 of 2021 by which such claim as already been rejected by the Supreme Court dismissing the appeal of the appellants which included the petitioners. Since the Supreme Court has already held that petitioners were not entitled to any such relief, there is no occasion for the petitioners to approach again for the same relief.
