¶1Heard Sri Ratish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and Sri Sandeep Kumar Chaurasiya, learned counsel for the complainant and perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated

19.4.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 213 of 2022, under Section 420, 406, 506, 467, 468, 471 IPC, PS. Civil Lines, District Rampur.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
