¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for compliance/execution of orders passed under the Revenue Code.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection that for compliance of the order passed by revenue courts, a writ of mandamus cannot be issued in view of the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in Writ C No. 7863 of 2018 (Brij Bhushan Rai v. State of U.P. and 6 others).
