¶1Heard Sri Krishna Kant Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents and Sri Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 10.8.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0804 of 2023, under Sections 354, 354 (kha), 504, 323, 506, 308 IPC, PS Sahibabad, District Trans Hidan (Commissionerate Ghaziabad), Ghaziabad, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3As per his information, learned counsel for the informant submitted that investigation has been completed and after adding Section 308 IPC chargesheet has been forwarded on 17.9.2023 and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. He has produced a copy of the order of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Trans Hidan, (Commissionerate Ghaziabad), District Ghaziabad.
