¶1The petitioner being aggrieved with the recovery order dated

16.12.2020 passed by the District Magistrate. Jhansi has filed an appeal bearing Appeal No. C202106000000551 of 2021 (Ashish Yadav Vs. State of UP) .

¶2Grievance of the petitioner is that the Commissioner is not deciding the appeal.

¶3Sri Arvind Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, however, states that the appeal of the petitioner shall be decided by the Commissioner expeditiously.

¶4Without further going into the details of the case, we direct the Commissioner, Jhansi Mandal, Jhansi would decide the aforementioned appeal of the petitioner bearing Appeal No. C202106000000551 of 2021 (Ashish Yadav Vs. State of UP) expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of filing of the certified copy of this order.
