The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that she is being harassed by the Police Officer of Police Station Nai Mandi, District Muzaffarnagar. The petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner makes a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarnagar within 15 days from today bringing all the necessary facts to his notice, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarnagar shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation and also take appropriate action in accordance with law depending on the decision taken by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarnagar. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion regarding the claim of the petitioner and the same shall be decided by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarnagar independently of any observations made by this Court in the present order.
