Grievance of the petitioner is that he has carried out certain construction work for which payment has not been made to it by respondent No. 2. Counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 submits that as on date, petitioner has not completed the work and, therefore, no payment can be made to it. Once specific statement has been made by respondent No. 2 for incomplete work done by the petitioner, we cannot direct anyone to make payment until the same is complete. As soon as the petitioner would complete the work, he may approach the authority for release of his payment. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
