¶1Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Superintendent of Police (Kanpur Dehat, respondent no.2) to add section 376, 354 IPC and Section 7/8 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences in Case Crime No.662 of 2021 and also may be directed for fair investigation about the offence committed by the accused persons with minor girl of the informant in Case Crime No.662 of 2021, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."

¶2At the very outset, Shri Subhash Chander Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶3Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
