Grievance of the petitioner is that he has carried out certain work with respondent No. 1 about five years back, but the payment of the said work has not been made to the petitioner. Counsel appearing for respondents submits that bill raised by the petitioner is on higher commercial rate and as the amount is highly disputed, petitioner is not entitled for any amount. He further submits that amount agreed between the parties has already been paid to the petitioner. Considering the above submissions made by the parties under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, we cannot order to the respondent for making any payment to the petitioner.
