¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to direct the court below to decide the withdrawal application dated 27.03.2023 in pursuance of this Court order dated 14.12.2022 in Case No.260 of 2022, under Section 12 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have already been arrived at settlement and the matter was settled before the Mediation Centre and the application is pending before the court concerned. Further submission is that the suitable direction be given to decide the applicant's application.

¶4On the other hand, learned AGA has opposed the prayer but could not dispute the aforesaid fact.

¶5Having regard the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application is disposed off with the direction to the court concerned to decide the application dated 27.03.2023 within a period of one month from today, which shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
