Grievance of the petitioner is that despite approaching several times to RERA, nothing has been done and till date apartment has not been delivered to the home buyers. Shri Rahul Agarwal, counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 submits that till date no formal complaint has been made by the petitioner. Let the petitioner make such complaint and appropriate action would be taken by the Authority. Learned counsel for the parties have agreed that the representative of the petitioner would appear before the Secretary of U.P. RERA at Lucknow on 03.11.2023. On the said date, appropriate complaint of the petitioner shall be registered, enquiry be started immediately and, if possible, would be completed within four months.
