The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, District Mau to expeditiously decide Complaint Case No. 77 of 2020 pending in the court of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, District Mau. The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, District Mau is directed to make all endeavours to expeditiously decide the aforesaid case, if still pending, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion either on the merits of the case raised by the petitioner or on the maintainability of the case before the Forum which shall be decided by the Forum.
