¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today annexing the copy of compromise entered into between the parties, by the learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record.

¶2Sri Mukhtar Alam, learned counsel for the applicant states that this application has been rendered infructuous as the matter has been settled between the parties and the closure report has been filed, hence, it may be dismissed as infructuous.

¶3Sri Vivek Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned AGA have no objection to the aforesaid request.
