¶1Heard Nisheeth Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Harish Chandra Dubey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.

¶2The present petition has been preferred for challenging the impugned notice dated 10.09.2023 passed by respondent no.5 which is in shape of demolishing the house of the petitioners.

¶3At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition on the ground that the petitioner has an alternative remedy to challenge the impugned notice.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition on the ground of alternative remedy.
