20.9.2021 filed by the petitioner for reimbursement of Rs.3,15,000/- allegedly withdrawn from the Union Bank of India, Branch Bahedi from the petitioner's account No. 683101010050031 which the petitioner states to have been illegally withdrawn. The petitioner may make a fresh representation before the Branch Manager, Union Bank of India, Branch Bahedi, District Bareilly within fifteen days bringing all the necessary facts to his notice who on receipt of the said representation shall decide the same within a period of one month from the date of filing the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within the next period of one month depending on his decision on the representation of the petitioner.
