¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2By means to this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "I. Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the house rent allowance (H.R.A.) to the petitioner month to month; II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the arrear of the house rent allowance (H.R.A.) to the petitioner for the period of March, 2019 till today and also pay the deducted electricity bill for the period May, 2021 till date with admissible rate of interest within stipulated time."

¶3It transpires from the record that the petitioner has approached the authority concerned, namely, the Chief Medical Officer, District Fatehpur by filing representation date 13th April, 2023.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel submits that he does not have any objection, in the event, any order is passed directing for disposal of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 13th April, 2023.

¶5In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 3, namely, Chief Medical Officer, District Fatehpur to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 13th April, 2023 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
