¶2Sri Shahzad Alam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V.M. Zaidi, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A-I for the State are present.

¶3The office as per its report dated September 19, 2023 has stated that the file of the present matter is not traceable. An effort was made to get the copy of the file from the office of the learned Advocate General which also informed the office that they are unable to provide the copy of the same. A publication was also made for informing the learned counsel to provide the copy of the same but there was no response to the same. Today learned counsel for the applicants has provided the Court with the petition of the present case filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. A copy of the petition as provided is taken on record.

¶4A perusal of the same goes to show that the same relates to district Haridwar which now falls within the State of Uttarkhand which was previously in an undivided State falling within the State of U.P.

¶5Since the matter relates to district Haridwar falling within the State of Uttarakhand, no order needs to be passed in the matter.
