¶1By order dated 25.9.2023, instructions were called.

¶2Today learned Standing Counsel has produced the instructions and the same are taken on record. It has been mentioned that the lease granted to the petitioners has been cancelled by the order dated 7.9.2023.

¶3At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners states that copy of the cancellation order may be provided to the petitioners so that he may challenge the same. He prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh challenging the order of cancellation.

¶4Liberty prayed for, is granted.
