¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State, Shri Arun Kumar Pandey, and Shri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel for the respondents.

¶2By order dated 26.9.2023, learned Standing Counsel was granted time to seek instructions.

¶3Instructions produced today are taken on record.

¶4It has come in the instructions that the overhead tank is being constructed over Gata No.129 area 1.898 Hectare and there is no proposal for constructing the overhead tank at Gata No.395.

¶5In view of the instructions received, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
