¶1Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, has submitted that petitioner wishes to file a departmental appeal provided under Regulation 69 of the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation Employees (Other than Officers) Service Regulations, 1981, against the punishment order dated 6.6.2023, therefore, this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file departmental appeal.
