¶1Learned AGA states that in this matter, after investigation, the police has submitted the charge-sheet against the petitioners on 08.10.2023.

¶2In view of the statement so made, which has not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶3The writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
