The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition relates to unloading and purchase of cane by the Purchase Centre, Padri, Piprati Samiti Padrauna, Kushinagar. It is the case of the petitioner that the cane allotted to the said purchase centre are beyond capacity of the purchase centre causing loss to the sugar factory as well as the cane farmers of the area. It is also the grievance of the petitioner that the cane farmers in the area sufer loss because of the act of the transporter who belongs to the village in which the purchase centre is situated. In this regard the petitioner alongwith other farmers of the village has submitted a representation before the Cane Commissioner, Government of U.P., Lucknow. The issue raised in the present petition can be decided by the Cane Commissioner and, therefore, the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner $les fresh representation alongwith the certi$ed copy of this order before the Cane Commissioner, Government of U.P., Lucknow within 15 days from today, the Commissioner is directed to decide the representation $led by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of $ling the representation before him.
