¶4As per the report of office dated 19.09.2023, the file of the matter could not be traced in the office and then intimation was sent to the office of the learned Advocate General to provide a copy of the present matter which was also not available from his office. A publication of notice was done calling upon learned counsel(s) for the parties to provide the required documents but there is no response either from learned counsel for the applicant or from learned counsels for the private respondents.
