¶1Heard Shri Nirbhay Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 30.10.2021 in Case Crime No. 697 of 2021, under Sections 406, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 406 IPC, Police Station Firozabad North, District Firozabad.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
