Instructions placed today are taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 17th May, 2023 and the consequential order passed on 23rd May, 2023 and 24th May, 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that transfer order is de hors the respondent's own policy and, therefore, required to be revisited, however, he submits that petitioner has submitted his joining pursuant to the transfer order dated 17th May, 2023. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he does not have any objection to the representation being accorded due consideration by the competent authority in the matter, namely, respondent No.-

¶2In the circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make fresh representation raising all his grievance within a period of two weeks from today and in the event such representation is filed as directed hereinabove, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the respondent No.-2 strictly in accordance with law within a further period of three weeks.
