¶1Mr. Shubham Kumar Verma, holding brief of Mr. Sunil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that during pendency of the present anticipatory bail application, the applicant and other co-accused persons have approached before this Court by filing Application u/s 482 No.19026 of 2023, which was allowed on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties, vide order dated 22.09.2023. He further submits that since the parties have already entered into compromise and settled their dispute out side the Court and the Court has already quashed the entire proceeding initiated against the applicant and other co-accused persons, the present application may be dismissed as not pressed.

¶2In view of the statement made, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
