¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the summoning order dated

06.10.2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge (J.D.) / F.T.C. IInd, Kaushambi in Complaint Case No. 624 of 2022 (Mithun Kumar vs. Ram Narayan and others) under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452 IPC, P.S. Karari, District Kaushambi.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicants after arguing at some length seeks to withdraw the instant application.
