By means of the present application filed under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for a direction to the court below, namely, the Civil Judge (Junior Division) F.T.C.II, Gautam Budh Nagar to conclude the trial of Case No. 3064 of 2022 (State Vs. Paras and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0094 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 504 and 406 I.P.C., Police Station-Mahila Thana, District-Gautam Budh Nagar, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court After hearing the learned A.G.A. for the State and perusing the materials brought on record as well as without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is disposed of by providing that the court below shall consider and conclude the trial of the above mentioned case, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order if there is no other legal impediment.
