¶1Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "1. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to grant permission to the petitioner subject to construction of boundary wall of his house over arazi no.253 as not disputed at all, by modified the illegal exparte stay order dated 5.8.2023 granted by respondent no.4 stopped the construction work of the petitioner by passing appropriate order in writing for the same effect within stipulated period of one week or as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
