¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri R.M. Upadhyay, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

¶2Petitioner is before this Court with a prayer to command the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Etawah to decide the claim of petitioner pending before the respondent no.2 since 06.04.2022 and ensure payment of compensation amount to the petitioner under the Scheme of Mukhyamantri Kishan Avam Sarvahit Bima Yojna with interest within stipulated period.

¶3Be that as it may, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. Without adverting on the merits of the case, the writ petition, on consent, is disposed of with a direction to second respondent to address the grievance of the petitioner within six weeks, strictly in accordance with law, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
