The present transfer application has been filed to transfer the Sessions Trial No. 176 of 2023 (State vs. Dheeraj Rathi), under Section 376, 377, 313 IPC, pending in the court of District & Sessions Judge, Bulandshahr to the court of same jurisdiction of District Amroha. After some argument the learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that the statement of first informant has been recorded during the trial. Learned counsel does not want to press this transfer application and wants that the trial be expedited.
