Sri Virendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner after arguing for some time fairly submits that petitioner will take alternative remedy to address grievance of petitioner. Learned counsel further prays that concerned authority may be directed to decided the same expeditiously. The aforesaid submission is considered and this writ petition is disposed of with observation that in case, appropriate application is filed before competent authority under provisions of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act to address the grievances i.e. to implement the orders passed by Consolidation Officer, the same shall be considered and concerned Authority will pass appropriate order/ direction, expeditiously.
